1. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SALES AND PAYMENTS

We do not process purchase transactions on this Site. When you choose to purchase our products, you are redirected to third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon.com).

  • Financial Data: We do not collect, store, or process your credit card number, bank account details, or billing address used for the transaction.
  • Payment Profiles: We do not have access to your payment profile held by third-party retailers.
  • Limited Exception for Warranties: While we do not collect billing addresses for sales, we may collect a shipping address directly from you if you submit a warranty claim or request a product replacement.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. If you have provided data regarding your health status (e.g., snoring or sleep apnea history) via our support channels, you have the right to withdraw consent for processing that data and request its deletion. We do not sell Consumer Health Data.

7.5. Exercising Your Rights. To exercise these rights, please email us at the address listed in Section 11 with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request.” We will respond within 45 days.

8. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (Specific Disclosures)

For purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA):

  • Categories Collected: Identifiers (Name, Email, IP), Internet Activity (Browsing history), Sensitive Personal Information (Health data volunteered for support).
  • Categories Disclosed for Business Purposes: Identifiers and Internet Activity are disclosed to IT service providers and marketing partners.
  • Categories “Shared” for Advertising: Internet Activity and Device Identifiers.

9. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS (US Only)

The owner of the Site is based in the State of Nevada in the United States. We provide this Site for use only by persons located in the United States. We make no claims that the Site or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Site may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.
